My friend's computer suddenly shut down one day, after rebooting the computer the mobo started but there was no display on the monitor.

Motherboard: nForce 780i
CPU: Intel dual core 3.0
RAM: Patriot 2g
Graphics card: GeForce 8800GT

He checked the POST on the motherboard and it displayed "FF" which meant booting. He swapped out ram, monitor, and graphics card....nothing. He said he noticed three lights come on near the CPU fan plug; one red, one green, one yellow.

I would like to check it out myself but I cannot stop by until Thursday. He did call XFXs technical service but got no responce (as you know customer service sucks lol).

Any help would be appreciated
